Privacy Policy for Jubilee

Jubilee ("the app," "we," "our") is a debt payoff tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.

The short version: Jubilee does not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal or financial information. Everything you enter stays on your device.

1. Information We Collect

None. Jubilee does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app.

The debts, balances, payment amounts, reminders, and settings you enter are stored only on your device, using standard local storage provided by your phone's operating system. This information is never sent to us, to any server, or to any third party. We have no way to see, access, or recover this data — if you delete the app or lose your device, that information is gone, and we cannot retrieve it for you.

2. Analytics and Tracking

Jubilee does not use analytics tools, advertising identifiers, tracking pixels, or any third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect usage data. We do not know how many people use the app, what they enter, or how they use it.

3. Third-Party Links

Jubilee contains links that open your device's web browser for:

• Donations — an optional "Support Jubilee" link to a third-party payment page (e.g., Buy Me a Coffee). If you choose to donate, that transaction is handled entirely by the third-party platform, subject to their privacy policy and terms, not ours. We do not receive your payment information.
• This Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use — hosted as ordinary web pages outside the app.

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site you reach through these links.

4. Children's Privacy

Jubilee is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because we do not collect information from anyone at all. If you believe a child has provided us with information in some other way (for example, by contacting us directly), please reach out using the contact information below and we will address it.

5. Data Security

Because your information never leaves your device, there is no server for us to secure and no database that could be breached on our end. The security of your locally stored data depends on your device's own security (passcode, biometric lock, encryption), which we encourage you to use.

6. Your Choices

Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for us to delete or export on your behalf. You are always in control of your own data:

• You can edit or delete any debt directly within the app.
• You can reset the app entirely from Settings → Reset to example cards, which clears all your entered data.
• Deleting the app from your device removes all locally stored data along with it.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes — for example, if a future version of Jubilee adds a feature that does collect data — we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
